Dynamic Positioning

We are a specialist provider for DP consultancy services. We have practical experience on many different types of DP systems and can also provide a wide range of on-board training. Dynamic Positioning has often been described as 90% boredom and 10% panic. In many respects this is true, however, at EASK Marine we can train DP operators to identify changing trends as they happen and to identify the best courses of action in order to negate a position where there is panic.

Eask Marine has produced DP FMEA and trials documents for various types of DP vessels with Shuttle Tankers being our speciality. All our FMEA and FMECA documents are compliant with Classification Society rules and industry best practices and guidelines such as IMCA and MTS. EASK Marine Consultancy is completely independent and is not part of, nor a subsidiary of any Classification Society or investment fund with conflicting interests
