Eask Marine Consultancy was founded by Capt. Michael J. Horgan BSc FNI and takes its name from Eask Tower, a solid stone tower overlooking Dingle Harbour in Ireland. Eask Tower was built in 1847 to guide ships into the mouth of the harbour.

Eask Marine Consultancy frequently carries out vessel inspections as well as remote audits, Cargo, Mooring, Pre-vetting, ISM and ISPS. We can provide a wide range of vessel surveys and inspection including specialist small craft surveys.
